As each piece is made-to-order, we are unable to offer returns on pieces – however, we are committed to making sure each bride is in love with her jewelry. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with the item you ordered, we are more than happy to work with you to find a piece that will fit your style better.  Just make sure to reach out within two weeks of your pieces arriving. We are also happy to offer complimentary lifetime repairs for our customers – you just pay for shipping.
