Filigrees are brass-based, plated with palladium (similar to rhodium in quality, non-tarnishing), 22k gold (very bright high quality gold), and 14k rose gold (soft, darker rose gold). Our necklace chain is sterling silver plated with rhodium, 14k rose gold, and 20k gold. We use freshwater pearls, and Swarovski crystals. All of our jewelry is safe for nickel allergies. If you have different metal allergies, contact us and we can see what we can do to help!

We are based in Lincoln, NE!

Yes! Our pieces are 100% safe for nickel allergies – and if you happen to have another metal allergy, reach out to us and we can see what options there are for you! 

Our standard order timeline is 5-8 weeks to craft your piece, but we have rush shipping available as fast as two weeks!

If you love everything except a small change like color on a piece, all you have to do is add a note in the checkout field and we will get that taken care of for you! If for some reason it isn’t available, Carissa will reach out to you as soon as possible to let you know.

We put hours of work and care into each piece of handmade jewelry, so we are unable to offer strict returns, but we are happy to work with you to exchange for a piece that suits your needs better within 14 days of receiving your order.

If for some reason your made-to-order jewelry isn’t as you imagined, we will be more than happy to work with you and exchange for a piece that suits you better as long as there is sufficient time before your wedding!

*As each piece is made-to-order, we are unable to offer returns on pieces – however, we are committed to making sure each bride is in love with satisfied with her jewelrypiece. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with the item you ordered, we are more than happy to work with you to find a piece that will fit your style better.  Just make sure to reach out within two weeks of your pieces arriving. We are also happy to offer complimentary lifetime repairs for our customers – you just pay for shipping.
