meet emmy gorman,

Collection Curator

Hi, I’m Emmy—the collection curator at Lovebird Jewelry Collective. My passion for the bridal industry began back in 2007 when I was a bride. I mean, who can resist being immersed in such beauty and happiness every day! Once I was married, I began daydreaming about how I could continue this passion and turn it into a career.

Fast forward to 2012, my dream became a reality when in the fall of that year, I founded Blush Bridal Boutique. One of my jewelry designers, Meg Wedding Jewelry, resonated with my brides and staff almost immediately. Over the course of five years, we were each other’s sounding board for our dreams and ambitions both personally and professionally.

Designer Meg Lammers has a unique talent for designing bridal jewelry and accessories (which has led to her success over the past 20 years), and I have a strong interest in business development and branding.

With careful consideration, we forged a new path that incorporates our unique abilities and passions. Fast forward a couple of years and we’ve come together—rebranding Meg Wedding Jewelry to the Lovebird Jewelry Collective.

We are thrilled at the growing opportunity to bring the Lovebird Jewelry Collective to other bridal boutiques in the near future.

If I’m not working on all things bridal at Lovebird Jewelry Collective or my bridal boutique, Blush Bridal, I’m still soaking in #allthingslove with my family.

Outside of the bridal industry, I’m a wife to John and mom to two active boys: Braden and Colin. I enjoy traveling, reading books two pages at a time ( I always fall asleep), and the occasional Netflix binge.

I look forward to learning more about you as a bride or your unique business story in the bridal industry.

meet carissa brunk,

Studio Manager and Boutique Support

Hi, I'm Carissa! I am the studio manager and boutique delight specialist here at Lovebird. I will be able to help you with all of your orders, answer questions about customizations, and more! I can't wait to meet you and get to know you and your store better.

I started my journey as a bridal stylist in 2013 at Blush Bridal Boutique - Emmy took a chance on my little 18-year-old self and helped me grow into a confident bridal stylist. I love seeing the joy on a bride's face when she just *knows* she found her gown. Accessories were always one of my favorite parts of styling brides - there is nothing like the transformation of just a girl in a beautiful dress to a glowing bride with the perfect veil and jewelry. I really believe that the perfect finishing touches make all the difference. The knowledge that I acquired through styling brides has been invaluable to my role as studio manager at Lovebird.I have been able to take what I know brides love and use that to create the pieces that will highlight the best parts of your beautiful brides.

When I'm not at work, I love to travel, try new restaurants and unique cocktails, drink lots of coffee, and spend quality time with my husband John and our two dogs Winston and Neville.
